Training and Workout Software - You will gain access to state-of-the art training software for FREE. Once we’ve established your training goals and you have been added to my client list, I will add your fully CUSTOMIZED workouts for the month. All exercises will be equipped with workout instructions, instructional videos, and a place to view and record your completed sets, reps, and loads.
You missed a workout, or need to travel and use a hotel gym? No problem, I can adjust your workouts to your environment so YOU don’t “fall off the proverbial wagon” I’ve trained over 1000 people from Olympic athletes to complete beginners in the gym, I KNOW how to give you the direction you need to reach your goals.
Nutrition Software - Results are highly dependent on nutrition, so I MUST include it . You will download a FREE nutrition software app. Based on your goals, I will CUSTOMIZE a nutrition guideline where it is up to you to meet calorie, as well as macronutrient (protein, carbohydrate and fat) goals. Throughout the week, you will record everything you eat and drink for all meals of the day. I will have viewing access of your food diary to make sure you are staying on track. As the weeks and months go on, I will adjust your plan to make sure you continue to get the results.
7 days-a-week support - Not sure your exercise technique is correct? Having a hard time understanding what to eat before a game? Need to travel and you won’t have equipment available? Need advice on whether it is worth purchasing a certain supplement? No problem, you can send me videos of your technique, or message me a question any day of the week. I will always do my best ( within reason) to get back to you as soon as possible.

How Does Online Training Work?
Workouts
Workouts are given on a strength and conditioning app that’s FREE to download for my clients
I will populate the workouts for the entire month, including mobility, warmups, main exercises, cardio, and wellness questionnaires etc.
All you need to do is open your phone and your whole day’s workout will be laid out in front of you

Once an exercise is selected there is detailed information to complete the exercise:
A video of the exercise
Specialized instructions from me
Number of sets reps, and rest (includes a timer)
A place to record your weight and reps
Post a video of your exercise form for me to review
Can record a journal entry for me to read
View what weight you used in past workouts for this exercise
If you need support with your workout you can text me and I will do my best to get back to you ASAP

Nutrition
Based on your goals (game performance, lose weight, gain muscle) I will set your nutrition targets to hit for the week.
You will input your food intake for each meal, each day and I will have access to your food diary to make sure you are keeping on track.
I will also provide coaching to help you know HOW to eat in order to achieve your goals.
Every week we will do a check-in to go over how the previous week went and adjust anything in the following weeks.
