Don’t think of me as just a coach, or a trainer. Think of me as a PROBLEM SOLVER.

What do you want out this? That’s the first question I always ask my athletes/clients.

If you’re an athlete, maybe you want to make the school basketball team, or you want to play Junior A hockey, or you have aspirations to make a national/professional team.

If you’re not an athlete, maybe you want to lose weight, or you don’t want your knees to hurt every time you walk up the stairs, or you want to have a more proportionate physique.

We all have a vision of where we want to get to, but HOW to get there has never been harder. The internet is filled with advice telling you how to train to become stronger and fitter, what diet you should be following or avoiding, or why you should be investing in certain vitamins or supplements that claim to contribute to your health and performance.

BUT the problem people always come across is: which one is good for me and what should I invest my money and time into? Many people settle by training with unqualified people or walking into group circuit/HIIT classes and they are not getting the results they want.

I’ve worked with over 1000 people (athletes and non-athletes) in the last 7 years and I’ve come to three conclusions:

  1. Everyone is an individual and needs scientific coaching specific to them

  2. Consistency to a carefully thought-out individualized plan will blow their own expectations out of the water.

  3. Nothing is more powerful than when a person knows without a doubt the coach is invested in them as people

This is the difference between what you get with me versus other coaches and “fitness experts” I’m not here to just make you workout, or give you programs that I’ve given other people in the past. I’m here to LISTEN to what YOU need and solve the “problem” of how to get there.

I separate myself from them by giving you:

  1. State-of-the-Art Training - My training knowledge is extensive, you will combine traditional training methods with specialized training that is scientifically proven to work to reach your physical goals.

  2. Nutrition Guidance and Monitoring - Whether you’re an athlete or not, results cannot be achieved without proper nutrition, so it must be included.

  3. Psychological Coaching - I have formal education in psychology. My training style has always been approached through a “human first” philosophy. I’m more than a coach, I am a part of your day-to-day support team. I believe if you feel good about the process in your mind, you’ll get the results in your body and performance.

  4. Walking Dictionary - I’m always up to date on science and I can answer whatever questions you may have regarding training, nutrition, psychology etc.

In my career I have a proven track record of success, putting dozens of athletes on national teams and achieving international medals along the way. I’ve also helped countless personal training clients improve their physical and mental health, crush physical goals, and achieve desired body aesthetics - this is an investment into your future and nothing is more valuable than that.
